Shopping with Hayder’s Jewellers
These terms apply to enquiries and purchases from Hayder’s Jewellers. We confirm each order’s specifications, price, payment method and delivery arrangements with you. An enquiry does not by itself create an accepted order.
Designs, materials and prices
Colours can appear differently on screens. Confirm material, silver purity where applicable, stone type, size and finish for the piece you choose. Inspiration photographs show a design direction; final materials and details are agreed individually. Silver prices and quotations can change before an order is confirmed.
Custom jewellery
Reference designs are assessed for feasibility. You must have permission to share the image you upload. We agree the proposed design, materials, sizing, quotation and timing before starting. Discuss any changes promptly; changes after approval may affect the price and schedule.
Payments and delivery
Use only payment arrangements confirmed directly by Hayder’s Jewellers. Never send full card details through an enquiry form. Delivery or collection details are agreed for each order. Any future online checkout will show its available payment and delivery options.
Returns and resale
No change-of-mind returns or exchanges are offered. Silver resale is available within seven days of purchase at the applicable silver price on the resale date, subject to assessment of the item. See our returns, exchanges and silver resale policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
