How do I place an order?
Choose your piece, select an available option and quantity, and click Buy Now on WhatsApp. We will discuss availability, delivery and the next steps with you. Sending a message does not reserve an item or complete a payment.
Can you help me choose a bridal look?
Share your event, outfit colours and the designs you are considering. Include your preferences for Barat, Walima or Mehndi so we can discuss a coordinated look.
How do I confirm materials and sizing?
Read the product details and ask us about any specifications that are not listed. Confirm the material, finish, measurements and care requirements before ordering.
Can I return, exchange or resell my jewellery?
We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Silver jewellery may be resold to us within seven days of purchase at the applicable silver price on the resale date. Contact us for assessment and valuation. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Can I send a design for custom jewellery?
Upload a JPG or PNG through our custom-design form, together with your name, mobile number, city and email. Tell us your preferred materials, size, budget and required date. We will discuss feasibility, pricing and delivery before confirming an order.
