Information you share with us
We receive the name, email address, phone number, city, messages and reference images you choose to provide. When you place an order, we may also need a delivery address, product specifications, payment confirmation and order history. Do not include identification documents, bank card details or unrelated personal information in a design upload.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to enquiries, discuss and quote custom work, confirm orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, assess resale requests and keep necessary business records. A design enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Design images and email delivery
The custom-design form sends your contact details, message and uploaded image through FormSubmit to our business email. Submitting the form opens a separate tab for the service’s security check and confirmation. Share only images you own or have permission to use. Reference images are used to discuss your request; we do not publish your submitted design as promotional content without your permission.
Service providers and external links
Shopify hosts this store. FormSubmit processes custom-design submissions, and our email provider handles correspondence. We share delivery information with delivery providers when needed to fulfil an agreed order. WhatsApp and Google Maps operate under their own privacy terms when you choose to open them. Providers may process information outside Pakistan. We do not sell your personal information.

Shopify and its enabled services may use cookies and technical information such as your IP address, browser and device to operate the store, maintain security and support shopping functions. You can manage cookies through your browser and any privacy controls displayed by the store. If additional analytics or advertising services are enabled, this policy and the relevant consent controls should reflect them.

We keep enquiry and order information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, customer support and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve an outstanding transaction.

We limit use of your information to business needs and use the security protections provided by our service providers. No online transmission or storage system is completely risk-free.
