No returns or exchanges
We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please confirm the design, size, material, finish and agreed price before purchasing.
Silver resale within seven days
Silver jewellery purchased from Hayder’s Jewellers may be presented for resale to us within seven days of purchase. Resale is valued at the applicable silver price on the day of resale, rather than the original retail purchase price.
How to request resale
Contact Abdulrab Mughal on +92 308 5522228 with your purchase details before visiting the shop. We will inspect the item and explain its silver valuation, including the assessed silver content and any applicable adjustments, before you decide whether to proceed. The seven-day period is counted from the purchase date shown on your receipt.
A resale is a new transaction
The resale amount can differ from the original amount paid. Please ask us to confirm the day’s silver rate and the valuation of your specific piece. Resale is not a return, exchange or promise of a refund at the original price.
Problems with your order
If an item is faulty, damaged or different from what was agreed, contact us with your purchase details so we can address the issue. This policy does not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. The seven-day resale window does not limit those rights.
