Ordering with a personal conversation
Choose a piece and use Buy Now on WhatsApp to speak with us. We confirm availability, specifications, the final price, payment arrangements and delivery details before accepting the order. A message or design submission alone does not reserve a piece or complete a purchase.
Delivery arrangements
Share your city and required date when enquiring. Delivery availability, charges and estimated timing are confirmed for each order before you commit. Custom work has its own agreed production schedule. We do not promise a delivery date until it has been discussed and confirmed.
Collecting from our Karachi shop
You can discuss collection from Shop No. 109, Gate No. 2, Najmi Market, Taheri Masjid, near A.One Bakery, Saddar, Karachi. Contact us before travelling to confirm that your piece is ready and the shop is open.
Receiving your order
Check the parcel and your jewellery on arrival. If there is a delivery issue or the item differs from what was agreed, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs so we can assist.
